—Hydrosols by Nymph Studio are a new addition to our apothecary. These distilled plant waters are made in small batches from locally sourced abundant healing herbs in a Copper Still over open flame.

Hydrosols are famous for their elegance and complexity. Earthy and wild feeling, their smells invoke memories. Made with the whole plant, they are a traditional and uplifting addition to any skin care routine!

Ponderosa Pine – soothing and anti-inflammatory. It’s rich in anti-oxidants, helping protect skin from cellular damage caused by free radicals. This floral and robust tree water brightens and tones the skin.

Spruce – a deep woodsy smell and loaded with Vitamin C. It will calm skin, soften scar tissue, and aid in wound healing. Spruce is brightening and anti-inflammatory.

Sagebrush – anti-microbial, astringent and can help to support and balance healthy oil production. It can help to prevent skin infections such as acne and minimize redness.

And happy one year anniversary to our beloved Kat Stephens! Kat’s practice includes yoga, Reiki, herbalism, nutrition, massage therapy, craniosacral and visceral manipulation. Her holistic approach focuses on the root causes of disease. She brings her multifaceted vision to each client she sees, drawing on many fields to address physical, mental and spiritual discomfort.

Kat supports her clients as they develop a relationship with their own unique healing process. Listening and languaging, she reweaves the threads of the healing arts. Her passion is for softening the tensions which often underly surface health issues.

Kat is an artist, dancer and mother. Her lightness and dedication can be felt by all who know her.
