And happy one year anniversary to our beloved Kat Stephens! Kat’s practice includes yoga, Reiki, herbalism, nutrition, massage therapy, craniosacral and visceral manipulation. Her holistic approach focuses on the root causes of disease. She brings her multifaceted vision to each client she sees, drawing on many fields to address physical, mental and spiritual discomfort.

We currently offer, Nymph Studio hydrosols made over fire in a copper still include Blue Azuline with Chamomile grown by Sacred Abundance as well as wildcrafted Ponderosa Pine, Spruce and Sagebrush. Also by Nymph Studio, Cottonwood Bud Oil.
