Happy High Summer!!

And happy one year anniversary to our beloved Kat Stephens! Kat’s practice includes yoga, Reiki, herbalism, nutrition, massage therapy, craniosacral and visceral manipulation. Her holistic approach focuses on the root causes of disease. She brings her multifaceted vision to each client she sees, drawing on many fields to address physical, mental and spiritual discomfort.

Kat supports her clients as they develop a relationship with their own unique healing process. Listening and languaging, she reweaves the threads of the healing arts. Her passion is for softening the tensions which often underly surface health issues.

Kat is an artist, dancer and mother. Her lightness and dedication can be felt by all who know her.

One of Kat’s favorite modalities is Visceral manipulation. This is the practice of gently moving the body’s organs to manually tone and mobilize connective tissue.

–Coming this fall, Milk Thistle Apothecary! We’ve been gradually building our inventory behind the scenes. We currently offer, Nymph Studio hydrosols made over fire in a copper still include Blue Azuline with Chamomile grown by Sacred Abundance as well as wildcrafted Ponderosa Pine, Spruce and Sagebrush. Also by Nymph Studio, Cottonwood Bud Oil. This red jeweled resinous oil is luxurious, soothing and anti-inflammatory. From Katalyst Holistic Arts we have natural bug repellant spray and tinctures of cleavers, vitex and more!! Spring is in full bloom here at MilkThistle and there is much news!

First, we’d like to formally invite you to our Pevonia Facials Open House featuring complimentary 30 minute mini facials!

The event will be Thursday June 27th from 10am-4pm at MilkThistle 420 N 7th Ave, Bozeman. Sunshine and all of our estheticians will be here to welcome you into the space, perform mini facials and answer questions. We will also have some surprise announcements and exclusive discounts. Bring your curiosity!

Our beloved rep, David, will be on hand with his three decades of skin physiology experience and clean skincare passion. He will discuss skin concerns relating to Montana climate, individual concerns and Pevonia product ingredients.

Just in time for winter we have added a delicious new body wrap and massage experience to our menu! Treat yourself to the nourishing qualities of coconut oil and shea butter, renowned for their ability to hydrate and soften the skin. After a gentle exfoliation, you’ll be wrapped in a coconut cocoon and treated to a warm coconut oil scalp treatment and foot massage. Once unwrapped, a blissful hot stone massage will soothe your muscles and your mind. You must experience this luxurious 110 minute treatment for yourself!

“I’m in love with Milk Thisle Skin Care!! The front desk staff who helped me with check-in and check-out (Tera ) was very sweet and professional.

The entire spa is super, super, super clean, from top to bottom. They have someone round-the clock cleaning, replenishing towels, refilling amenities (everything from the soap dispensers to the cucumber water in the sitting room). The steam room is delightful!
Now, on to the actual massage… I got a 90 minute deep tissue with Tera . And as they advertise, you get a FULL 90-Minutes! Tera  is a massage genius. She  asked what I wanted, checked-in a few times and by far gave me one of the best massages in my life (and I’ve had plenty).

If you like deep tissue, she definitely your gal.!  Within the first 10 minutes, I was hooked.

I booked another session 2 weeks after and have a new massage home 🙂
